Copyright, Intellectual Property and AI Use Policy

This policy governs the ownership, use, protection, and licensing of all intellectual property made available through www.inaom.io and any associated platforms, products, or digital services operated under the INAOM name.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content published, distributed, or sold on www.inaom.io is the exclusive intellectual property of INAOM, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Written content, essays, research, and analytical works
  • Audiobooks, audio recordings, voice content, and narrated material
  • Frameworks, methodologies, models, protocols, and systems
  • Digital wellness, technology, AI, economic, and educational assets
  • Diagrams, illustrations, graphics, visual assets, and layouts
  • Software concepts, workflows, prompt architectures, and logic structures
  • Branding, naming conventions, proprietary terminology, and original language
  • Downloadable digital products and educational materials

All content is protected under Irish law, European Union law, and applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property treaties.

2. Permitted Use (Limited Licence)

INAOM grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to:

  • Access and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Share brief excerpts for commentary, citation, or reference, provided that:
  • Full attribution to INAOM is clearly given
  • A direct link to the original source on www.inaom.io is included

No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.

3. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from INAOM, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or sublicense any content
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
  • Republish content in any format, including audio, video, print, or digital media
  • Incorporate INAOM content into courses, platforms, tools, or third-party products
  • Use INAOM intellectual property for commercial, promotional, or resale purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary attributions

Unauthorised use constitutes infringement.

4. AI, Machine Learning & Automated Systems (Strict Prohibition)

The use of INAOM content for artificial intelligence or automated systems is explicitly prohibited, including but not limited to:

  • AI training or fine-tuning
  • Machine learning datasets
  • Web scraping, crawling, indexing, or harvesting
  • Automated extraction, summarisation, or transformation
  • Use in large language models, agents, or autonomous systems

No implied consent is given for AI-related use under any circumstances.

Any AI-related use requires prior written authorisation and a formal licensing agreement.

5. EU AI Act & Digital Rights Alignment

This prohibition is asserted in alignment with:

  • The EU AI Act
  • European intellectual property protections
  • Emerging digital rights and data governance frameworks

INAOM explicitly reserves all rights in relation to algorithmic use, data processing, and automated exploitation of its intellectual property.

6. Limited Creative Commons Carve-Out

Where explicitly marked, selected short excerpts of INAOM content may be shared under the following licence:

Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)

This permits:

  • Sharing with attribution
  • Non-commercial use only
  • No modification, adaptation, translation, or derivative works

If content is not clearly labelled as Creative Commons, it remains fully reserved.

7. Licensing & Commercial Use

INAOM content may be licensed for:

  • Educational use
  • Research use
  • Commercial or institutional use
  • Media, publishing, or platform integration

All licensing requires a written agreement.

8. Enforcement & Legal Remedies

Unauthorised use of INAOM intellectual property may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of access
  • Legal action
  • Claims for damages

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
