As the economy moves to a Digital Age a number of innovation centres are being grown right through Ireland in keeping with the changing global economy. Innovation will become a cornerstone of our new economy with a strong focus on automation and prediction models for AI.
As the global economy rapidly digitalises, an estimated 70% of new value created over the next decade will be based on digitally enabled platform business models. Companies will be expected to use digital infrastructure and data to collaborate, develop innovative business models, to navigate disruption and be sustainable, and inclusive.
